Job Description
Identify prospective clients, and support in the business acquisition process of new accounts thereby achieving revenue & profitability targets for the organization.
Developing leads by conducting meetings & presenting customized presentations/ sales proposals to prospective clients, and support in closing new business opportunities.
Conceptulize and plan events(exhibition and conference)
Execution of research and mapping the healthcare industry for different themes of conferences and events
Drafting the events Agenda with latest issues via brainstorming and by performing viability and feasibility tests of conference topics
Prepare an event cost budget and operations budget.
Preparing the Sponsorship packages for the said event
Reach to new clients and lead generation including Data Compilation on Pan India level for Delegate Aquisition.
Key part of the National Events Team that will conceptualize and deliver all of Franchise India Events.
Coordinating and managing various projects and ensuring that processes support, meeting the project deliverables with process planning and communications.
Take ownership of Delegate Acquisition/Exhibition for various Conferences.
Co-ordination with the Speakers/Panelists.
Space selling for exhibitions.
Negotiation with clients during sales.
Responsible for reviewing Sales data and Market Research.
Pre-sales and post sales activities.
Artist/ Celebrity Management (Anchors, Dancers, TV artists etc) for conference and awards if required.
