Hello, I'm an experienced android developer with knowledge in design, user experience and audio-video decoding. I have worked a lot with video playback, creating my own video player in android and I have been working for a big player in the surveillance-camera market, whose name I cannot share due to a No disclosure agreement. I already know how to implement a solution for your problem.
