Write a command line golang program that parses multiple TXT files and outputs a single CSV file. Please see attached "[login to view URL]" for test data and "Desired CSV output [login to view URL]" for a description of the expected output CSV file. Only golang may be used to code this program. For this project, higher quality and/or lower cost are more important than speed of delivery. Note -- Code will be used for learning purposes by others learning golang for the first time. So your code style (in addition to the functionality your code will provide) is also of interest for this project. Please describe/summarize your golang programming experience in your bid proposal.
