Chrome extension to drag & drop files from MS Outlook to browser

Your goal is to develop a chrome extension, which after installing in the browser, allows the user to drag & drop directly from Microsoft Outlook to Chrome. Currently, it is not possible. When dragging from Outlook to Desktop, it works. When dragging from desktop to Chrome it works. But there is a problem that as long as the message (or attached file in email) is in outlook, it is not yet a file on disk, thus it needs to be dropped to desktop first and then to Chrome. Your goal is to develop an extension, which mimics this - if the item (entire mail message or attached file from email) is dragged from Outlook to Chrome, it somehow internally stores it on disk and drops the file from disk to chrome, so it can catch it properly as like if it was dropped from desktop. There needs to be also some solution to cleanup the temporary file on disk (if any). This task may not be possible so only bid if you know how to do this.
