And then, the extension will read the red blocks, when appears 2, 3 or 4 red block consecutive and then should give me a sound sign and pop up showing the pair, strategy and percentual.

Look like this is crawler job. I think if you use chrome extension you have to open chrome on your machine every time. I you need i can build a background task to crawing these data and filter any rules for you. This can be done by simple android app, or desktop program.... Anyway with chrome extension i going to complete this in 2 days.
