Bespoke study furniture - design and 3D rendering

We are a small joinery business looking to expand our client base and as a result of this, we need a one-off job to generate a visual image of a client’s requirements. The attachments give a plan and elevation view of the bare-bones for what is required. Essentially we are to construct bespoke shelving units in a study, utilising a drawer unit and desk, running the main worktop over the surfaces of these. The walls and floor are to be neutral shades of taupe/beige, floor darker than walls. The material for the shelves will be a warm teak/mahogany finish. The shelves will be backed with the same material so you will not see the walls through the tall shelf units. We will need as a result of this project a working 3D image which can be sent to the customer so that the can view it in 3D with full editing functions so that they can make adjustments as necessary. We may then also need to come back to you as part of the initial job with comments and amendments to produce a finished article. Please price for all this work and express limitations on hours etc within the price. We envisage this may become a new strand for our business and we will need in initial phase, ongoing help of this nature.
