Pixel Art Game Characters

I'm creating an RPG for the iPhone, and I need a graphic artist to design some of the characters for me. The game has an orthogonal, 2D world with 2D characters as well. Each character sprite must be 32x32, in PNG format please. For this job I'd like you to create just one character, but if I like it then I'll hire you for more characters. Character animations: Standing Left leg forward (walking) Right leg forward (walking) This animation will need to be done for all 4 directions (up, down, left, right), so there will be a total of 12 sprites in each image. When placing your bid put the words "retained trampoline" somewhere in the bid so I know you read all of this. I will provide an example image and additional details after I accept your bid and we get an NDA signed. Please do not bid if you don't have a portfolio with game design in it somewhere. Also, I am a college student, on a college budget, so please keep that in mind.
