Need 2 high quality, unique banner-type images created to look good on site's existing design

Hello, I need 2 high quality, unique banner-type images created 1. 250x300 on my site 2. 590x200 to place on top of email newsletter *Both should have my original site's design in mind as we want them to jive with our existing brand. The first, smaller image will be placed on a sidebar to get the member's attention regarding a promotion. It will need to either say a lot or infer a good amount in a small space (In fact, this one image is actually 2 - I need the 1 created and essentially another that's plain with the style you've developed that just says "[login to view URL] Promotions" only to use as a placeholder once this specific promotion is over and before the next big one starts) while looking great and professional. The second, larger image will be used at the top of an ongoing newsletter campaign - of course, our logo will need to be in there and something about Weekly Newsletter and beyond that, while keeping our site design and branding philosophy in mind, the rest will be up to the chosen designer to come up with. Please provide me with examples of any pertinent work you've done in the past - I would like to see your ability to design something new within an existing branding/design message.
