Need an artist to draw a man performing a hand gesture

I need an artist who is capable of drawing a person doing a gesture with his hand but having the face and body of person from a photograph that I will supply. You will draw two pictures: one with the person doing a hand gesture and one with the person in question surrounded by several other people whose photographs will be supplied. You must be a natural artist. You must be able to draw portraits based on a photograph. You must be able to draw realistically. I do not want a caricature artist. Please supply a few examples of your work with a photograph and the portrait work if possible. Please note that my budget is 30$. If you are unable or unwilling to do this work for 30$ then please do not bid. Thank you for taking the time to review this project.
