Chore Commissioner - Apple

Below is what I am looking for in detail. I do not expect "temp" bids. *****PROGRAMMING***** I want an apple app (iPhone and iPad) for parents and their kids to do chores. The app should start off allowing the parent to build "profiles" for each kid, and every adult involved. This should include a picture button that they can choose the picture from the device's gallery. When the user clicks on the image, it needs to request a PIN login (set by the parents) to that kids don't log in to the parent's or another kid's data. The parents (when logged in) can add chores to each kid's list as well as set a monitory value to it (USD only please). The kid can then go to their logon and see the chores that have not been completed. The kid can complete the chores and mark off those that are completed. The parent then can log in to theirs and verify that the chores were actually completed. When the parent verifies this, the value of the chore will go to the kids "account". The kid can go to their account on the device and see how much money they have earned, as well as set money aside for savings and giving if they wish. There also needs to be a payout option that they press. This would prompt the parent that the kid wishes to pay out their account in actual cash. There needs to be a ledger that shows the last 100 entries as well. ***GRAPHICS**** Pretty simple graphics required. I want the ledger to look like a check ledger. I want the chore list to look like it's on tinted paper (grey tint on white paper). I also have a logo that needs to be on the logon screen already made (just needs to be included). *********************** I am also looking to hire a sales commission programmer if you are interested just add a note, this has nothing to do with the project itself and is not a determining factor.
