Graphics needed for cutesy Phone/web game (Android, iPhone)

This project is for an established Japanese apartment rental company beginning a marketing campaign. You are in charge of making the graphics and images for the game. Take a look in particular at some other games to get an idea. The graphics should be "cutesy" as you will see below. Requirements: The game should look similar to a Facebook game. There will be a main page. From the main page, you can play lots of different small games perhaps going to different "towns" to play the games there. The game uses a point system. You can earn points in the games and the points are shared for all games. Game details: You can do things like arrange the items in your room, decorate your room, get household items and furniture. Friends in the game can visit your room and leave comments. If you like a room, you can press a "like" button. Periodically, there will be a vote taken from the users for the most popular room. The game is for a Japanese audience so you must be comfortable in adding Japanese writing to any graphics as necessary. I will help you with this.
