Logo/crest design for a collegiate fraternity

I need you to design a logo/crest for a collegiate greek fraternity. Please do a simple google search about fraternity crests to have a basic understanding on the matter. It should have icons that represent the fraternity principles and history. You need to be a skilled graphic designer for this and also creative. I don't want someone that simply uses photoshop.
