470578 Product description sheet in pdf or word.

I need a design of a product description sheet to email as pdf attachemt or print on paper for sending to potential customers. The sheet must be editable for me, without having program for editing pdf files. (perhaps I can use photoshop?, that I have, desribe if possilbe...) We need to be able to change images and text. You make the design for the sheet. Use logo and image of small treadmill attached. The pdf sheet attached is not our and is just to descripe how it could look.
