442710 Website customization

Here's what I need: 1. I need a function in Admin where I can select whether to show or not to show the big gray box above the navigation (with the search bar and post a project button). I would also like to be able to have the option for the navigation bar. When the gray bar and/or navigation bar are not shown the content below should be moved up as high as the top of the gray navigation bar. Further, I would like to be able to do this for individual page, e.g. the page in the top right corner (sample logos, how it works, etc.), all the pages that are linked in the footer (logo, business card, etc.) as well as the home page. 2. I would like to edit the text on the home page just like I can for other pages created in the admin (e.g. sample logos, how it works, etc.) I am referring to the text on the home page where it currently says "Need something designed, no budget? Work with a student.." 3. I need a function in admin where I can upload images so I have a url. I need the url to upload images through the text editors for the various pages in admin. 4. I also need an option to show or not to show Recent projects on the home page. Please let me know for how much you can do it and when you can have it done.
