Graphic designer for several t-shirt designs or full time - repost

I am looking for a very versatile and naturally creative graphic designer that can design t-shirts for me. MUST have t-shirt experience and a strong understanding of English. I am looking for someone that can work fast and take an idea I give them and pump out a t-shirt design in a few days. Every week I will have 3-4 designs completed so this could easily be a longterm monthly job. I could pay per project but I prefer someone I can do several projects in a row with and work with long term. Please submit t-shirt design examples and an estimate of what you would charge for each t-shirt design or full a salaried position per month as a t-shirt designer on call. If you are just looking to make a quick t-shirt design get paid and disappear do not even reply to this post. Those serious about this job make sure to include as your first sentence of your reply..."I have no problem making a t-shirt design on short notice and can do several designs a week if needed".
