Build a Website

We need a freelancer to assist in the updates and changes to our company web site. The workload will vary, but we expect there to be on-going small changes and some projects over the next year -- starting immediately. We're a small business, so this is not going to be a huge amount of work. The web site is Wordpress-based, using the AgentPress theme from StudioPress. We have some immediate needs (this weekend) for small changes -- including some photo editing, text changes, etc. We also need to upgrade from an earlier AgentPress theme to the new one, which is a lot of tedious work because they changed the way the framework works. We want to implement a new section that will show a map (possibly flash-based or using the Google Maps API) that will link to detail pages about many of the properties that we manage. I am looking to hire someone today for several hours of work today and tomorrow, but there will be more work in the near future. Also, please let me know what questions you have. Skills you need: - Proficient at WordPress - Proficient at Graphic Design (Photoshop) - Understand FTP - Proficient at HTML/CSS - Proficient at PHP You must be willing to research, learn and figure out anything you don't understand. I can't work with someone who isn't willing to work hard to get the job done right. All of this work should be easy for someone who knows what they're doing.
