Design an App Mockup for a client scheduling app

I need a best practice mockup design for both IOS and Android App for an electrician booking tool. Colour scheme : Blue and White You should have a portfolio of examples of app mockups done before. The mockup should include the Front End 1. For clients to book an appointment slot with them (once they visit their website, their website will prompt them to download the app) So once they download, fill in particulars like e mail, contact number and address (map design) and remarks also on what the problem is. We would need a calendar booking functionality. Client must be able to take a photo of the electrical problem and upload it to the app as well. 2. When clients login to their account they can see their own client history with the company. Client Pages Back End (admin portal) mobile app not needed for backend (web interface) 1. All information is all collected and accessible on the admin platform accessed via computer or ipad. (client history, client particulars, photo history of job, database of clients) admin view 2. Work schedule is updated in real time. So once a new job is received, its disseminated to their workers for the jobs, requested job will be printed out then given to the worker . 3. When job is completed, send out thank you e mail to client. this should be automated, so there should be a job complete button in the system, once job status is changed to completed, thank you e mail sent to client.
