Hello, Reference your inquiry we would like to inform you that we have already developed a custom hotel booking system, as far as the api are concerned we have done that do for many of our US and Canada based clients. As far as the technology is concerned for projects like this it is always preferred to use dot net technologies and mssql as database, for low cost projects php is a good option. Regarding payment we don't work without 50% advance.
