Looking to create a multi-page cardiology website to provide information on investigations & procedures to patients & medical personnel. I have the domain name, need someone to design a flash banner: website called: Cardiology-i, The 'I' with represent different words, I want these words to rotate/change, eg, investigations, interventions, invasive, information, imaging, etc. There will be approximately 40 pages in total, including the standard Contact us/Links pages etc. I need a clean simple website with drop down menu options. I can either buy a ready made template & have it adapted by the successful bidder (eg.: [login to view URL]) or willing to pay the equivalent for the successful bidder to design. I will supply all the content & will require the designer to upload information up to appropriate pages & ensure layout is satisfactory. Finally, each page should have a 'print me' button which will print off a PDF of the information on that page. I will supply the PDF content. Would like work completed within a month of accepting successful bidder.
