Small Business Owner Needs Website Built

I am looking to have a website built for my company. I would like this to be done in a WordPress platform. I would like it to be a clean and simple design, so it focuses attention on the content, not on all the bells and whistles, something like this: [login to view URL] A few months ago, I bought my domain name, so it is in place. I would also like this company to host my website - [login to view URL] I own a real estate investment business and am in the midst of getting 2 explainer videos produced. I market mortgage investments and have also written a book entitled, “How To Lower Your Property Taxes”. I’m looking for someone who knows how to put a book on Amazon and to get it listed fast and effectively. I currently have a graphic designer finalizing my book cover design. I am looking for someone who knows how to effectively set up a “small business” website and how to market the book and the mortgage investments. The book is done in PDF format and can be delivered to customers only by email at this point. I would like people to view my explainer videos and click through to a shopping cart to purchase my book either on Amazon or on the website, and/or contact me directly for consultations. I would like the usual tool bars along the top/side/bottom, etc. You should have done many of these websites, and have a lot of happy customers and testimonials. You will be able to tell me an exact length of time it will take you to build the site from start to finish, and I would prefer to pay one fee for the entire project, not pay on an hourly basis. I would also prefer someone that uses Skype. If your price is reasonable, I will consider a long term contract for maintenance of the website.
