Website with facebook integration needed

Hello, Please take a look at this website for a reference of concept. [login to view URL] I want a similar concept website made with a few changes: 1) The website would only work for facebook users. So when a user visited the website they would have to login with their facebook Id. The website would import their profile picture, name, email address, age and location and create an account for them. 2) For sending the page it should give the user the option to post on wall or send by private facebook message. 3) The test: Once the user post the link to their friends, the friend should be asked to login via FB, it should create an about for them in the background and then obtain a list of their friends from their fb friends list and ask them to select one to calculate. Like the reference website this information should be stored for the sender. 4) The results: All results (Names & profile pictures) should be stored for the sender. An email notification should be sent to the sender informing them to check the results on the results page. However this notification should be limited to once in 24hrs. (For example: If there are 5 results during the day it should only send one notification. It should not send a notification the next day unless a new result came in the next day) The results page should be password protected and a user should login with their fb id to access all their results. 5) Pay mode: I should be able to enable or disable this feature. If this feature is enabled it would require a user to pay a one time fee (via PayPal) to access the results. Once paid their account would be upgraded and they can access all future results as well. If the feature is disabled it will show them the results and not ask for payment. I want this feature to apply to only certain countries and users over a certain age. So even if this feature is enabled it should pass user who do not meet this criteria directly to the results page. Obviously the paypal integration would be part of this project. 6) The design would also need to be changed. The design will have to be made responsive and well formatted on mobile, tablets and Desktops. I will give you a few guidelines about how I would like the design, but it will be your job to make a professional modern looking website. (The reference website is bad and outdated) . 7) Admin panel should have: 1) Enable/ Disable Pay mode, and settings for the country and age filters. 2) Total #of Users, # of users who just took the test, # of users who took the test and also sent it. 3) I should be able to download all the lists in point #2 in excel format. All the code should be clean and well documented.
