Customize Prestashop default theme for online stationery store

I am creating an online stationery store using prestashop 1.6. I will be sticking to default theme. I am looking for someone to handle the the graphics design and css customization. please note that I am looking for a "library" or hi-res graphics, category backgrounds, homepage sliders and buttons, not just a static theme. The graphics library needs to be flexible enough so we can recycle and reuse with prestashop default category module to create headings, new categories, buttons, promotions, etc.. I've setup two prestashop installations [login to view URL] (with some sample products and categories from out stationery shop) [login to view URL] (the default "women cloth" store from presta) Essentially we need: 1) placeholder logo: the letters"men elbeit" (which is arabic for "from home") illustrated in a nice way 2) layered psd and .css, .tpl source files: for use with prestashop default theme and core modules (sliders, category definition, etc) 3) Top "thin" banner : 2 banners... one for "back to school" + regular banner to be used for everyday operations 4) Menus: theme + some major category buttons 5) 10 promotional sliders: back to school, general sale, section sale, "XX days left" sale, 6 regular store section promo sliders 6) Category/section images/backgrounds 7) Facebook page design 8) some CSS work to compact the product display ares and product tiles with hover effect 9) some CSS on the default buttons/icons of prestashop ("add to cart" "quick view" "more details" etc) 10) final implementation on the live site.
