Online Recruitment Website/Backend in Drupal and CiviCRM/CiviHR

I am looking for a Drupal expert with CiviCRM/CiviHR experience to build an online recruitment website and backend. I am looking to a Drupal Template for the website and the open source CiviCRM / CiviHR for the backend. I ONLY want expert DRUPAL Developers that have had experience customizing CiviCRM/CiviHR... This project will be to develop the frontend website and also configure/customize the CiviCRM/CiviHR platform to meet my requirements. I want a developer that can think for themselves, you must be able to take the base concept and module functionality and develop it into a easy to use and functional workflow. You must also have good graphic design skills and an eye for detail... I need. 1. Front end website with Job Board using a Drupal Template (I will provide this), includes CMS 2. Both Employer and Job Seeker web portals using the website UI. This is much more then a post a vacancy or submit a CV site. 3. CiviCRM/CiviHR customization to have a fully functional and featured backend 4. SEO must be included in the development 5. Ongoing support and hosting (priced seperately, but you must be able to provide) A full detailed overview will ONLY be provided to selected bidders.
