The website works similar to the Freelancer website but focused on airline reservations and very simple parameters. The one making his reservation posts his requirements (airline preference, flight schedule budget, how to be contacted etc) After posting, bidders make proposals with their fees. After the award, a downpayment must be made (depending on the proposal it could be 10%-50%)The alerter now hunts for the deal and alerts the buyer according to his preference (sms, email, messenger etc) and posts the screenshot of airline, flight and price as proof. Buyer then pays the balance to the alerter. If no flight promo became available, the downpayment be refunded or not based on buyer and alerter agreement. There should be a rating and feedback section for both buyer and alerter. Alterter can link his facebook account to increase his credibility. Website should be integrated to payment system like Paypal (if Paypal allows the conditions mentioned above) or others. Website should also already be installed (I will subscribe to hosting and follow any recommendation if possible).
