Build a Website

I’m looking to have a standard web page developed for me, which looks similar to: [login to view URL] This includes parallax and of course mobile responsiveness being two of the key main elements on the web page. Of course it will need to be fast loading otherwise it will defeat the purpose including such features if they’re going to slow the process of page load. I can code myself but unfortunately don’t have the time so please when commencing with this project make sure it’s neatly laid-out so if i need to change anything, I can understand what’s been done. It’s a fairly straight forward page, especially using that Honda website as the key reference. Key Points: - Responsive for mobile - Menu Slides open which has anchor points on the page it scrolls down to - Html 5 background video for top section - Play button launches Vimeo video full screen (prevents users from scrolling until they close the video) - Parallex scrolling with the background image scrolling slowly (refer to *web* as reference) - Popup boxes for more content which is resizable height to allow more text (on mobile, reduce font-size) to allow text to fit - Popup boxes prevent users from scrolling up or down unless closed - Plus icons (animate every 3 seconds spinning around) - By clicking the next button below each section: scrolls the screen down to the next section (refer to *web* for ideas) - General layout and functionality similar to *web* - Images + icons in zip file which will be provided *web* = [login to view URL]
