I need a website to be created for a not-for-profit project which will showcase a large number of community projects. I'm looking for someone who can provide a modern, sleek design with all the functions that I need and for a competitive price. The website needs to look stylish and modern. It will be an online directory so it should be able to list details of community projects in a structured and logical manner. The main objectives of the project are: To provide a platform for people engaged in positive community projects to publicise their projects to attract volunteers/funding and to share lessons learned. To act as a repository/directory of social welfare/community projects that Muslims can refer to if they are looking for ideas/advice/opportunities to get involved in community work. I want to enable people to browse for projects by region within the country, by category and other fields. Visitors to the website should also be to search for the name of a specific project listed on the website. There may also need to be a separate section which enables me to upload more detailed case studies with text and photos. It will need the usual components e.g. homepage, about us, contact us page etc. I would like to see that the bidder has an understanding of the specific needs of their clients and is able to tailor their style accordingly. I also want someone who is flexible so that I can make changes until I'm 100% happy with the final product. This will be an ongoing project so the website needs to have the flexibility to be updated on a regular basis.
