Create me a logo

I am the founder of a Facebook group called "Victorinox Freunde" what means "Victorinox Friends" in german. I am doing an annual knife with a logo every year on a Swiss Army Knife especially made for my Facebook group. After 4 years I would like to change the logo into a more business like logo to also use it for my business later. The first logo was designed for my group on Facebook by a member of the group and we used it for three knives. There are three special things about the old logo. It contains three different symbols 1. a shield for the old Swiss Army Knives used since 1890, 2. a V für Victorinox and 3. an F for Freunde. It would be great if you could design something with V and F in a different way without using something from the tradmarked logos from the company Victorinox, the old Army shield (picture 3) and the Swiss cross. It should fit on a knife like on picture 2 but also on a shirt, pen and other every day carry stuff. I really would like to see something special but not too fancy and in a simple way. I am pretty sure you will create something awesome.
