Explanatory video in Cartoon-style

Hi Girls and Guys, I have a great Idea and need you to realize it! My company offers hedge trimming in germany. Not really cool and exciting, I know... Additionally, it’s winter now and nobody wants a hedgecut. My employees are bored and come up with stupid ideas. Only you are able to help me to get more orders. Create a little explanatory video about 20-25 seconds in cartoon style like this: [login to view URL] There is no spoken text, only some sounds maybe soft music. Please tell me how much it will cost and how long you will need. Then I will create an appropriate Milestone. Thank you. The plot: At the beginning the video shows a living room with "normal" decadent furnishing of a detached house. Very close to the camera is a table. There sits the wife of the house (mother) and reads a book. She holds it in both hands head-on into the camera. You can read exactly what the title of the book says: "cheesy romance". Her face is a little red and she chuckles softly. Next to her is a tea on the table. Left in the background is a sofa. The man of the house (father) is sitting there and also reads a book "shooting movie". He looks angry into the book because he identifies himself to 100% with the shooting protagonist right now. Between this two persons is a very big terrace window which allows a clear view in the garden. It is winter outside. In the garden is a very big hedge on the left side. It has not been cut for a long time. it is wide, high and occupies half of the garden. There is a lot of heavy snow on the hedge. In front of the hedge you see a little child (scene in the background between the reading parents) who builds a snowman. The child takes some snow from the ground and put it on the snowman. Again. Now the child turns around and takes some snow from the big hedge, turns back and put it on the snowman. In this moment the hedge opens its big mouth and shoot out its tongue (really fast like a frog) to eat the child. Funny sounds are required. Mom rolls her eyes and groans annoyed. Text is displayed: Does your hedge dominate your garden? Next scene: A telephone display is moving in the picture (from right to left) and someone dials : 030 284 77 147 Next scene: Same arrangement like in the first scene. It is still winter but the sun is shining the mood is much happier and you see through the big window that the parents are in the garden in front of the hedge and wait. The hedge is much smaller and not so wide anymore. The garden looks much bigger. Hedge was cut. In that moment the mouth of the hedge opens again and spits the child out. It stands directly in front of the parents waving shortly and says with an high voice : "Hello" Film ends with a displayed text: Act now!
