Fix Site Problems

My website is in php not in an application all files [login to view URL] I have a few issues i need addressed ASAP it has many pages and developed script (540MB) Payout List- I am suppose to be able to sort items on my payouts page sort by email, name, etc and i can sort by EXACT or by a portion but anytime i put in HAVING it will change to all not allowing me to sort W9- Users are suppose to be able to submit w9 form under their profile in pdf or jpg, png (any picture format) and I can view it in my admin area but for some reason I can only view pdf also on faq page Contest meters- they are not starting on the days that they are supposed to start on they are counting all calls completed on the network during any period not necessarily during the start date Surveys: Users are supposed to be able to resubmit PASSED surveys every 31 days and failed surveys anytime but its telling users that completed calls 90 days ago they can’t resubmit for 30 days Forgot password: whenever a user does a forgot password they get the email and the link says invalid account parameter cannot proceed i need this fixed so they can do a forgot password Affiliate link issue: there is an issue with some of my affiliates links [login to view URL] this person is approved to be an affiliate and their link is suppose to be active but when a person puts in their email and security code is says person is not a referral their link is not active i assume its because this user has two accounts under the same email but one account is still pending activation i gave them the option to change email and maybe that will fix affiliate link but it didn't work i need this fixed
