WHAT IS SARAL: Aligning with Digital India’s vision of faceless, paperless and cashless service delivery model, we have launched SARAL. Our aim is to make SARAL a unified platform to deliver and track 380+ GOVERNMENT TO CITIZEN services at a single point across the state. Thus, improving citizen service delivery in Haryana. After this launch, users will have the facility to track their applications across 130+ services (like driver licence) on web portal and SMS. Design ideas: Map of Haryana with two silhouettes with one person handing over a document to the other representing service delivery and SARAL written in Hindi beside the map with "Suvidha Apki, Sankalp Humara" in Hindi tagline written below. Most important is that the logo should symbolise citizen service delivery. Even the Haryana map can be removed.
