Looking for various ad-hoc design work - want a 'permanent freelance' relationship!

I need some graphic design. We are a small start-up that makes Swiss watches. We are looking to develop a longer term working relationship with a freelance graphic designer that can support with occasional brochure design, digital invite design, newsletter and potentially (so a second priority) to help to further develop our website (not re-develop, but add pages, help with SEO and some social media aspects), and also professionalism our look and feel on some of the social media plartforms. As a self-funded start up we are cost conscious, but also value people that can be creative, have affinity with what we do and want to feel part of our small team, even though on a freelance and remote basis. [login to view URL] terms of budget, our preference is to establish a working relationship where we have some form of agreed hour rate and then just call-off work based on approx. time for a specific project. First project would for example be to help design a number of post-card sized prints for each of our watch models based on existing picture and text.
