We will not supply any concept or give any idea of websites, we need designers that think out-of-box.
We will not select the winner by the price, we will select the winner by the proposal concept.
We will prefer a parallax scrolling website. PHP and Mysql database preferred running in Joomla.
We are a product designing company working mainly in plastic products for Medical devices.
requirements:
-Lightweight pages to be loaded fast.
-High-quality background images, changing randomly whenever the pages are loaded or reloaded, scrolling pages, the background images shall change when the title changes.
-Entering on the main page a lightweight video shall start running immediately with a soundtrack.
-Our website is for B2B , so it shall be directed to the subjects and always with a graphical concept.

we don't accept FLASH website.
Contents: 90% graphics (images and videos) 10% text
the website needs to be responsive.
the website needs to accomplish the new laws regarding EUROPE'S NEW PRIVACY LAW ,GDPR.
Note: This challenge is for creative designs capable to think out-of-the-box.
