We have build a WP website, that it isn't optimized...very well. We used a template from KLEO, so it's desirable that all those who are bidding for this project, SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH KLEO'S TEMPLATES. Https://[login to view URL] is the name of the site, and it's in Romanian. I think you could verify the whole site, even if you don't know Romanian. The main objective for this project, is to optimize the website, by adding / editing / deleting plugins, improve and correct the processes and features. IMPORTANT: You will get paid (you or your company) after you get the website's ranking (on Google PageSpeed Insights), to a minimum of 47 for Mobile version and 52 for Desktop version and after you offered consultancy of how we could maintain this ranking. Main activities but not limited to, are: - Redesign the first page - Create or consultancy for a online booking process - Enable compression for the site - Optimize images or how to consultancy - Optimize CACHE memory of browsers - Minify the JAVA script code - Minify the CSS file - Reduce server response time I don't know how to estimate the time and costs for this project, so, feel free to bid how much you consider it means a fair payment.
