I'm a Realtor in Toronto, and I'm looking to create a printed marketing piece that I could use as a leave behind with potential clients. The focus of the piece is to help: 1) leave a memorable lasting impression, via creative graphic design and print design 2) encompass informative and friendly content about real estate, how to market a home, and that gives the potential client and indication of my character and level of service. 3) Call to action, to contact me I don't have any concrete thoughts on what this should look like, but I'm looking for something outside of the box (not just another flyer). Maybe a 4 page booklet, or a large fold out piece, or a few mini cards held together with a grommet and ring. Whatever the case, I'm open to ideas! I just want a potential client to feel that this brochure/booklet is so good it must be a reflection of the marketing package I'll put together for their home, because I'm focused on quality service and details.
