I have a Bootstrap Modal form that needs some clean up. Go to [login to view URL] I need the light blue section to come under the two dropdowns and only be 1 or 2 rows with a little white between the last drop down and the top of the light blue. I want the table section to scroll so the entire form will be centered on the page with about 1/6 showing on the top and 1/6 showing on the bottom - so there is white space. The two button need to be on the right hand side and not be in the scroll area. The width is messed up because there is a blue line the shows up much further to the right.
