Application to create 3D model of human head from selfie image -- 3

Note: This is a web application creation project. Knowledge of Javascript is a must. We need the web-app to create the photorealistic virtual 3d human head(male / female) model from one face selfie. 
3D head model must contain the following:
1. generation of human of different races 5. generation of different hair styles
We want to use the WebGL plugin(Open for any other option) for rendering in the browser. 
The generation of the 3d model may be as a client or server-side, depend on the performance. Please answer the following questions in your proposal. 1) Write "MakuZaku" code at the start of your application just to make sure that you have read the project description. 2) Do you have prior experience in any such kind of project? If so please describe your experience in short and provide any link or documents to your work. 3) Do you have suggestions to make this project run successfully?
