Administrative Assistant

New York City based startup Internet company is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to help manage its growing business. You'll be working directly with the CEO, playing an important role in the company. The ideal candidate will have had experience working with U.S. or Australian companies and customers. One of the first tasks will be to transition 3 websites to a new Content Management System. So experience working with a content management system such as Wordpress or Joomla is required. A part of the job will be responding to customers, so the ideal candidate would stay logged in to email during U.S. business hours but only bill for time spent working. The job will expand over time, so we prefer someone who can start with fewer hours per week, but be available to work more hours as the scope of the work grows.
