Add the url function code to user side for url

Project is for 0-days 1-hour max,,1-Final payment of $23.00 and released at end..Hiring Only proper requested bid days and bid price..Serious proposals or stay away....Will open site for testing and hired will get files needed for this changes.. Add needed codes which are some seen in shot (see partial code shot) to the user side photo gallery file for the url field box to work,,i had this codes there once and then i had them removed at 1 times so admin could be superior in uploading options, now I'm adding it back...You will get this codes which you will EXTRACT from a section in admin that has this needed codes & which use same url code function (admin & user side are just a bit different)..If you know how to add this function message me…. If successful changes are made,,you will tell me the changes so i can add to my files ,Then we will close project after that..
