Build an Online Store for Trendy Travel Merchandise

REQUIREMENTS:\r\n-Nice simple smart vibrant website , easy to navigate\r\n-Impressive Landing Page/ if not same as home page, else impressive home page\r\n-Designing targeted to the young trendy traveller and younger audience in general\r\n-SEO with proper keywords\r\n-Website responsive to all common tabs and mobile devices\r\n-Admin Panel Back end with access to change almost all required info and images when required. Wordpress back end?\r\n-Shopping Cart\r\n-Payment gateway - in a later stage, but not immediately\r\n-Number of pages - one long homepage with scrolling down for some info such as about and contact etc.. Other things can open up on pages/dialog boxes.. Lets say 4-5 pages for now max.\r\n-User sign up option with username password and card details, access to this database to be given to us\r\n-Social Media Integration\r\n-UX & UI\r\n-Coupon Code/Discount Code option to be available on checkout\r\n-We should be able to create and generate the discount codes\r\n-Home page tabs/links - Home, About Us, Contact Us, Merchandise, Customised \r\n-Bulk/Corporate Orders, Login/Sign Up, Cart, Careers, Testimonials/Corporate Clients\r\n-Banners on Home page - one edge to edge wide banner and three separate banners in the same line below it? (Can differ as per layout/template we choose)\r\n-Stock/inventory management \r\n-Refund /delivery etc policies and T&C - ?? To be provided by me or poached from similar websites, or suggested by you and then modified appropriately to suit us\r\n-How to order on our online store...process/flowchart - ??\r\n-Colours and fonts - turquoise and white for sure, can play around with more combinations in addition to this.\r\n-Self refreshing pages or pages opening up on different tabs/dialog boxes/windows - ??\r\n-Logo of brand is already made and available for your use.. I can send that to you when required in high res format.\r\n-Mailing list sign up option and access to the data for this separately\r\n-Payment options - Direct bank transfer - option to be available immediately, Credit/Debit Card Payment, payment through PayUMoney/ PayTM etc?? (we need to discuss this), Payment Gateway - later stage\r\n-Purchase through online marketplaces - Ebay, Flipkart, ShopClues ( already listed).. and [login to view URL], SnapDeal, GroupOn etc..
