Build e-commerce store with look and feel of current site

Create ecommerce site with Woocommerce theme with current site look and feel. REQUIREMENT : 1) Customize theme Artificer or storefront theme from woocommerce for Look and feel like current site([login to view URL]) but does not need to match exact. Do not change the code of the theme but create child theme. 2) All Raw images will be provided. 4)Duplicate all pages on site [login to view URL] on new site. 5) All optimization for fast responsive design. Optimization of images to load small size image when on mobile device or slow speed of the customer internet. 6. Defer parsing JavaScript to reduce blocking of page rendering where needed 7. Minify JavaScript where possible 8. Minify CSS where possible 9. Minify HTML where possible 10. All static resources should have either a Last-Modified or ETag header. 11.
