Create a page using HTML and Javascript that will play a video on demand while meeting the following parameters: - Streaming must work on both desktop and mobile devices. - It must be compatible with all major browsers (Internet explorer, Edge, Firefox and Chrome) - Content delivered via AWS CloudFront with privately stored content on S3. - Adapt the streaming quality according to the user’s connection speed. - Maintain Aspect Ratio. - Play a separate video prior to the main content. - Toggle Closed Captions if they are available. - Must be able to make javascript calls at specific time intervals. - Have the ability to restrict video advancement. - We need to have the ability to restrict certain videos from being displayed in full screen. - The users should not be allowed to download the videos. - Have the ability to place image overlays at at certain intervals. Other tasks will include: - Recommending a file container and settings to be used in AWS ElasticTranscoder. - Guidance on encrypting the files while Transcoding. - Provide a way of doing a batch encoding of the source videos that are already stored on S3. - Recommendation of a video player that has a one time fixed license cost.
