I have been frustrated with the lack of an Hourly Chime for Windows, Android, or even a website. So, what I am looking to have built is a SIMPLE website (for Chrome only) that chimes every hour on the hour and keeps chiming every hour even when it is a background tab. The only requirements are that it needs to be accurate within two minutes (120 seconds) per twenty-four hours, titled "HOURLY CHIME" in impact font, and be responsive design so the title always fits the page in one line no matter the window size. Should be tiny with NO memory leaks. Since it is for personal use, that is all it needs - great for a first project for someone.
