Create Draggable Divs with automatic position Save based on device cookies & integrate it into my actual html page, and make it responsive.

I have an html/css/js page with many divs, i want to integrate the resize/drag script of this page: [login to view URL] The task details: 1- Integrate the script, so all my actual divs will be resizable and draggable. 2- Save automatically the divs position based on the cookies device, so the user when he will be back, he will found the same saved position of the divs. 3- The page need to be responsive in all devices.
