Help convert HTML EDM to Microsoft Word HTML for Outlook

Hi, We have a 1 page EDM that needs to be prepared to be sent using Microsoft Outlook. Currently we have the file done up in HTML/CSS and will need your help to make it friendly for Microsoft Word HTML and Outlook-friendly. Basically what Microsoft Word HTML means is that when you open the html file in Microsoft Word, it should display the EDM we have designed properly. We will also need you to help send the email to us for testing and make sure that everything is working and UI displaying properly. You will need to have access to Outlook. Also, do take note that our client is using Outlook 2010. Currently, the UI is not displaying properly when we are using Outlook to send the email, which we believe is due to Outlook not able to read the CSS in the html file properly.
