Looking for SASS front-end developer (one page for mobile + tablet)

Hello. we have design for mobile and our website is responsive website. we want who can develop sass module for our mobile page (including tablet) tablet page will be base on mobile design. we are looking for professional who can do it perfectly and faster. we will work one page first and if you are good, will give you more. We are very sensitive with details such as layout , every pixels, line, balance ..etc If your coding is just similar not a PERFECT, we can not accept that work and we will cancel this project if we think you can not work for our project. if you can not agree with this, please don't bid on here. we are looking for long term business and we wish you care about every single details. We can award you but we can not create milestones first because of what i said while ago. we would like to check your skills first and if that is good for use, we will create milestones and release.
