ONLINE ORDER FROM & QUOTE BUILDER TO BE MOVED ONLINE FROM WORD DOCS

I want my customers to be able to create their own quotes through my website and I want you to build this for me in SUMMARY 1) potential customers go to my website fallout a form choosing various items and it generates a pdf ( or something else) with all the calculations - it makes a quote which they can then choose to book us in by automatically paying the deposit 2) the quote needs to be able to be easy modified e.g. they change the number of serves My problem at the moment ; ny potential customers fill out a form online [login to view URL] and i then go ito my dropbox files, sort through over 80 word doc templates to find one similar ( see attached) then i spend too much time changing the menus, the number of serves, the amount , send it back to the potential customer, they then send an email back to me , i make more changes back and forth it goes , i normally have two versions a pdf for the customer & a word doc for me , until they decide they want to book , once i receive their money , i go back onto the word doc & covert toan invoice and send again out to them as a pdf there is lots of information to be inputed into the quote, some of it IS NOT part o the costs e.g. the location of where we are serving, the contact on the night some of the costs are dependent on the number of serves e.g. if you have 50 - 150 serves we charge $27.00 per person bu tif you have 150 - 300 serves we charge a discounted $23 PER PERSO. if they are a wedding clients we charge $440 set up fee, if a birthday we charge $300 set up fee.. if they are more than 50 kms from Melbourne we charge a travel fee of $3.00 per km so there are lots of calculations that need to be created to determine the total bill [login to view URL] this is a dummy page with some of the example questions that would need to be answered to get a realistic quote to be generated., I have also attached a full menu so you can see the various combinations and price tables that would need to be built in to the process. Dependent on what the customer chooses , they will be directed to see certain menus & options that are most relevant e.g. if they choose they are having a wedding we would show them sample menus for weddings and ask them question that are relevant ( some specific for weddings only) to determine what we would charge if you think you have the skills to build such a thing or you know existing software that you could configure for us , please make contact.
