Scope best functionality approach and then build apparel website

I’m Looking for web designer to work on exciting project to design and build a website for a range of ladies apparel. The brand exists and design look and feel is available and will be shared to form part of the build. There’s 2 elements to this project: A) Lay out the shape of the site, so we can approve. I have a few sites that I like that can act as templates. The site will need to be optimised for mobile/tablet and desktop. It needs to be capable of order taking and integrated processing (confirmation email, invoice generation, shipment confirmation emails etc etc). So we need to have a view on add ins etc. B) Proceed to build the website itself based on the approved proposal. We can agree the budget amounts for this job after we approve the design of the site.
