Add advertising slot on bottom of existing webviewer based app

I have an existing app that is webviewer based. At the bottom of the iPhone and iPad app an existing navigation bar will be removed and replaced with the ability to contain ads from Apple. I need someone to simply add the ad features to the app and to resize the windows xib's accordingly. I also need the app to not be full screen so that the multiuser swipe is permitted. I don't believe either of these two activities will take that long. I will provide the Xcode project to the successful bidder. I've attached an image of the current app so you can see the window that currently exists with the lower navigation bar that will be replaced with the advertising.
