Convert web application to iOS (iphone and ipad)

I have a web application that I would like to convert in to an iOS app for both iPhone and iPad. The web app uses a MySQL database to get all its data and is built with Codeigniter framework. The data is presented in a mixture of tables and graphs. The web application is also role based (with at least two roles) that needs to be incorporated in the app. The web app is constantly in development so there is future work available for the successful bidder.
