Hello. I’m looking for an experienced Off site SEO company for our website. We’ve already used 2 other SEO companies, and neither of them have achieved the following goal. Please don’t waste our time if you cannot achieve this, we are only looking to outsource to a serious and credible SEO company that can get results. Goal. Our web site in the top 5 of [login to view URL] in London UK for 2 key words. The 2 key words are currently ranking at the bottom of page 1 and top of page 2. This must be completed with 60 days of acceptance. SEO rules. Links building should follow: Google guidelines must be followed and no way should be compromised. - No black hat and other unethical SEO Spam techniques. Only white hat methods and ethical work will be accepted. - Backlink pages must relate to our site topic - Links must be from my Countries websites i.e United Kingdom. - Link pages and our links must be visible, readable and indexable. - Links must be permanent, static html links. - One way links only, no reciprocal links. - No [login to view URL] blocking. No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text. - No use of automated software or bots. - No links from under construction pages. - No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc. - No link farms, link exchange programs, and web rings. - No paid traffic sites. - No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc. * Links that are not approved must be replaced by service provider. Timescales. We require weekly reports from you showing the improvements i.e. links built, sites where articles and blogs submitted etc. Payment: 100% payment when our site appears ranked in the top 5 on Google for our 2 chosen Keywords. We will set up the money in a Milestone account, where it will be released upon successful completion. Acceptance. Before we commit, undertake the following: * Please provide us with similar successful completed projects you have done. * Type in I AGREE before your bid to show you have read above requirements. Payment conditions. Only white hat manual submissions at all time. Avoid the website getting Spammed or Penalized by Google. If this happens then payment will be withheld. Action plan. All communication should be via the freelance email portal. Send over your costs. If successful, we will let you know then add the milestone fee.
